Technically great and would have made a very accomplished centre midfielder are two phrases I never thought I would hear about Masuaku.
He is absolutely shit, with no football brain whatsoever. Nothing about his game would make him a good centre midfielder! He turned blindly into players as a wingback, let alone with more pressure on him in centre mid!

I was never a hater, clearly had ability, ball tied to his laces at times, but that aside, well, it's all been said hasn't it..was never quite sure he was, and it's good to get him off the books. Thankfully the walking waster Lanzini will be following him soon.
Since this is WHO, I suppose I'm meant to wish him luck?

Technically, he was great. Was just everything else that lacked.
Struggle to see better when he went past Son and Rose against Spurs.

Re: Masuaka

The biggest fuck up of Masuaku's career was the coach that told him to play on the left. He was never, ever a left full back, wing back, winger.... Whatever. He was a central midfielder. And i think had been played there from an early age and stayed there he would've been a very accomplished CM. Had the engine and the technical ability to play there.

Hardly a shock is it, well to most anyway. Vlasic is a fucking shocking footballer. We'll be lucky to get a couple of tracksuits for him, let alone 13 mil, lol.

Cresswell is better than him in every department. That will tell you how bad he is.

No worse than Cresswell. More skillful than Cresswell. Younger than Cresswell. We fucked the wrong bloke off to Besiktas. Do you think they might take Cresswell or Johnson off us? Do em a twofer.

I didn't like him before he got sent off for spitting in someone's face. Even less after.

El Scorchio,
Vlasic has been on the bench for Torino’s last 3 or 4 games.
He had a decent start for them and he had an injury that kept him out for a month but he hasn’t scored for them in about 5 months.
I can’t see them wanting to cough up the 13 million to make him permanent.
He will probably go out on loan to another club next season.

Re: Masuaka

I always had a bit of a soft spot for him. Fun going forward and not shy to take a player on, although a liability at the back which of course you can't overlook.
RE: Vlasic- I'd like him to get a go under a new manager, but it's looking a bit like we bought a dud there rather than a player who Moyes just didn't do justice to. Unless he's been ripping it up in general play or an assist king for Torino, I see he's hardly set the world alight with goals. However he is STILL only 25, so maybe a glimmer of hope.

Re: Masuaka

Good news.
Just a friendly mention that his name is Masuaku btw!
Unfortunately I don’t think we will be saying the same about Vlasic come the end of the season.
He’s going to be harder to shift.
